    what about the other directors?

    couldn't Captain Josh part with $30k of his phat salary to participate in SPP too? Guess he got enough freebies 50million shares at IPO, so no need to part with cash & support the company! Oh my.

    without researching myself, how did this director get his initial 350k shares?

    were these purchased or gifted at IPO or when director joined the company?
