So, if I am reading this correctly, the Chairman just had 3 million performance shares vested to him, and then sold 500k of those at 0.16c for a total of $80k.
Not sure if these are the same performance shares that were vested a couple of weeks ago. Frankly, it is hard to keep up with the amount of shares they are allocating out currently.
