you said earlier, Henderson has 270 million shares, including options.
When all shares, options and performance entitlements are issued, VML will have about 4 billion shares on issue, by my reckoning.
That means that Henderson's holding, assuming options are exercised, will be about 6.75 % of the total. It is not unusual for a Director, or shareholder to own 6.75 % of an ASX company. I share some uneasiness with you, about the number of people who hold this sort of stake in VML, but if there is no further dilution for the rest of us on the way ahead, I am happily going along for the ride.
