I'm not worried about the company, its situation or my position in it as a shareholder.
It's simply, I haven't come across the evidence put forward by the latest announcement before of how directors can benefit financially from their position.
A couple of glasses of a fine red Merlot under my belt and I expressed my views.
No big deal, but just because it isn't unusual doesn't mean it's right.
