Yep @xsol, I think you are on the money.

Think he has his hands full elsewhere which is a relief because it does not change the metrics for SPQ, although a little delay to get things sorted administratively, perhaps. I'm sure SPQ have the networks in place to fill a gap. Just have to move on from a minor setback to extract the value in the ground. That does not change and $20000 to Pooley is probably a poxy amount.. The ship will sail on.
