So now we are left with Carlos who is the chairman but runs a full time accountancy firm, hwang who is the MD and now pooley committed more to 4ce!! So technically none of the management are committed to SPQ full time! They really need to pull their finger out and show investors full committment else get a new management in who are dedidcated to the job rather than treating SPQ as a side business!!
