The new chairman has lots of years on the board and same CEO is still on board so you have to assume the same culture will continue.

However, the lack of insider ownership outside of Don Mclay has always been a turn off for me. The new chairman only has about 230k in shares and has been there for years. Other board members only have a few times director fees in stock.

Worst of all the CEO only has about 1 years salary worth of stock and sells any LTIs he gets. Other KMP have virtually no shares. The LTI does provide incentive to not blow the place up medium term, not ideal though long term though.

I can't know for sure, but I think having a chairman with a meaningful part of his family's wealth in the company helped set CCP apart. Its the begining of the end of that era.
