There's been considerable studies done on Director buy/sell and what it all means. Generally a director sale can indicate SP is currently at an elevated level and buy could mean great prospects. Seems a fine line then between insider knowledge and the desire for cash (for whatever reason). In this case looks like a nice win at the front door which has been subsequently shovelled out the back door. In any case the win is not being returned by way of dividends to long suffering SH's. IMO appears to represent a negative view on future prospects. Interesting that Fritz declares his financial longevity in this thread which again just points to the continued meaningless contribution. I'd be floating down the Rhine on a rubber duck, champagne in hand counting the loot if I was mein konig.
