From what I've seen so far i think you may have a point. I get the impression there are a lot of related party transactions going on that may be a concern. It seems the core business is a fairly stable earner but the question is will it ever be allowed to turn cashflow positive or will there always be just enough related party transactions to keep the lid on. If you are a related party then It seems like a fairly reliable long term income stream. I don't know if anything wrong is happening but when humans are involved it is always a worry if someone gets greedy and there is no 3rd party checks. I was worried maybe that was why previous director left as maybe he was frustrated he couldn't plug the hole in the budget.
