I think you are missing the point here . This is very good news. We don't need the last tranche. And he has escrowed his stock and a renewed attack on China. Norman can now focus on this and what counts --- he has a great CEO in Tony who has turned this business around. I think the combination of this seasoned CEO. with a successful businessman like Norman with a great track record and contacts in China will prove to be the growth engine this company has been seeking. This is a growth signal for this company ---- the hard work is done now onto the growth.
