Interesting question and although somewhat hypothetical assuming it could happen I would be surprised if Alf hasn't built a very strong culture within the SRV organization thats aligned with his style. SRV could not have operated as well as it did if all key personnel weren't playing the same tune as Alf.
I also believe he is probably "irreplaceable" so id something were to happen we would lose the cream that he brings to the company. SRV would however continue to prosper we a key focus on shareholder returns.
