Sounds like you have drawn an unjustified conclusion. My average, adjusted for the consolidation, is 31.6cps.
As for the "best I might do" by shining a light on matters that currently don't seem widely known...we'll have to differ. I am hopeful that brute forcing greater transparency in relation to this particular matter will result in such transparency being volunteered in future. As I've noted already, in my view that would be a positive for all.
