I have yet to see anything in the AFR. Can I enquire as to your rationale for not sharing on these forums? I suppose you could direct us to access the documents from the court ourselves, but many people are not familiar with that process, and wouldn't that essentially be the same line that the company adopted on the earnings call which you did not feel was transparent enough (and I agree).

Obviously you do not have the same obligations to shareholders as the directors have. But just curious as to why you've chosen to share with media but not fellow shareholders, especially as you are willing to insinuate that the information would be adverse to the position of MSV.
