PW bought shares along with Brenda, the ex Chair and maybe even Dr. Wright way back when the share was under pressure (maybe $1.60 prior to consolidation). If it was a significant amount of his 'gifted' shares, then I might be concerned but this is a relative piddling amount probably for tax timing or one of the small windows he gets to sell. He's been around for over 15 years without selling and even with being well remunerated, he could have taken money off the table after FDA approval at $30-40. He could well have other reasons one day for selling a big chunk and even then such is life. Can't comprehend that this is the only stock some people seem to own and be so in love with - it's a big market out there and CEO's and directors buy and sell all the time when they can and it suits. Give me something that matters - Feedback on Stroke and XP for eg. By the way the market's been a bit easy this week.
