Curious how you value this? I agree with your point on Nomura deal, there is an interview with Craig where he explains one of the rationales for listing was big firms like nomura had concerns about Complii's ability to raise funds/solvency and that's a deal breaker given it's a compliance business. The nomura deal was what got me interested, consistent with thesis.
