They should go to the end of chain producer of vials. Its much easier to make a case for a sensor in a cap to the producer selling the completed vial at $10 - $70, than it is trying to sell it to the producer of unfilled vials selling for 20c each (like labCON) 7000000000 per year ++++. Make a prototype with the bluechiip imbedded and go out an sell it as a retrofit stick-on if they have to.....
