    This is the perfect time to get in or accumulate, pump & dump is gone, little attention, poor sentiment. But has the business changed? IMO nope it's slowly moving on with their plans. If the business succeeds, the SP will follow naturally, but SP will probably go sideways for some time and people may not be patient enough. Not financial advice DYOR.
