This is the Starfish Ventures sale to some other institutional funds that was reported in the AFR a few days back. Starfish invested in Nitro in the very early days (~2010 I believe), so being an old fund (that would now be closed) I imagine it makes sense for them to realise the gains and returns profits to their investors. Good to see institutional funds taking up more stock (if AFR's reporting is accurate).
