Non-Executive Director. He isn't making the decisions, could be dissatisfied or expecting impending restructuring with the appointment of Will Banks. Or maybe he just needed some cash to put in a safer investment with the current bloodbath happening in the markets. All speculation so no point in guessing. Could always ask Jimmy if you're concerned.
