Well in Lala land it might be the norm to accept and pay for something that has NEVER performed satisfactorily but here in the real world you need to be able to back up the rhetoric with results.
They have made the business relationship untenable by supplying something that, even after how many is it, 4, 5, 6 refurbs, upgrades, still needs more tweaking? What else is left to add, subtract, tweak, might as well start from scratch and make something that actually performs to the customers satisfaction. Now there's a novel idea!
That said the plant is less important than the lack of mill feed, new discoveries at MS or a meaningful regional program.
