I don't know if you have had any experience in managing multi-million dollar capex projects, but in this case the plant was bought by the previous owners and typically under any warranty provisions would have expired by the time the new owners took over.
So your tough guy ignorant opinion probably doesn't have any basis in reality. Neither does your back flipping of the plant will never work to Gecko should go and fix it or else.
