That is an interesting scenario, one that would please investors more than if it was the other way around.
If the div is maintained then we have a chance.
The sale of 2 projects, labor shortages/wage increase and recent tragedy in Ghana make me question the possibility of a 11% div at these levels.
However they have received $83M in cash from sales recently so that could be used to support dividend, share buy back or simply as cash back up, we will see in a few months.
Either way the market has overreacted IMO, unless there is more vital information that we dont have behind the scenes.
