@MS0507 Polite request, unlike earlier poster's suggestions, but no thanks. The Malawi/African risk is only one of the reasons for my Sell sentiment, yet Iluka's release about their ongoing African problems was timely given raising Malawi as a risk was greeted with derision of "Whatever he is smoking, is really disruptive to his head". Iluka in SL, RIO in SA, Base in Madagascar, Strandline in Tanzania, Pathfinder in Mozambique are just the mineral sands companies struggling with African risk. Name the commodity and I'll name the company/country dealing with African sovereign risk.... how's Globe going with their niobium project permits??
That SVM bulls see a reminder of African risk as a positive was a timely lesson in confirmation bias to highlight for HC readers. Only reading a company's or their brokers one-sided optimistic spin is another huge confirmation bias risk. Investors will not get a balanced view on true project upside/downside unless they fact check and seek out opinions from others with a contrarian view. That's partly what HC is for, and what I'm doing. Not trolling with meaningless downramps or banging the same drum over again, I'm drilling down into what the final project might look like and be worth with logical research.
Holders like you have an obvious bias/motive here. Only want positive opinions supporting the share price, maximising the chances of selling at the top to newbies who may or may not be left holding the bag long term. Non-holders might be trying for a cheap entry, have an axe to grind with management, like causing trouble and attention it brings, or enjoy sharing their knowledge and giving HC readers an edge over the brokers/insiders. Make your own mind up which, but keep in mind I can't short this type of junior even if i wanted to, and if I'm trying for a cheaper entry no way I'm going to do permanent damage to the project's value. As you'll see, I have fundamental concerns with the project's risks, cost base and valuation.
If my research and opinions are flawed, then post a suitable refutation so everybody can see I'm wrong and the shares are not over-valued. If nobody can, maybe consider why not and what your exit price strategy should be ...
