@Hiddenvalue, looking at page (10) of the Entitlements Offer document, it appears that 80% of Directors have ZERO investment in WMX. I dare say their decision not to invest in WMX has been thoughtfully considered, which makes as big (if not bigger statement based on percentage participation of the overall WMX board), than Milan's investment enthusiasm.
