I generally don't care about the plebs buying in, always follow the MD and see what level of buying they have done. He has thrown some serious money which is undeniable, many multiples of his annual salary at this, that's what counts.

Not uncommon for listed companies to have other directors in even the ASX 200 only dropping a few $k in their companies. Are you going to give a thumbs up or get excited on that sort of buying??? Often just a purchase for the sake of buying.

Follow the leader not the seat warmers.

When they buy in, then I may view them as more than just a seat warmer.
