IF he were to pump in $3m it would give option holders lots of confidence
BUT many options holders may need to sell their heads to raise the cash to then convert = downward selling pressure. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t
HOWEVER if CD exercising his options drove the heads to 15-20c (because that’s confidence) you have a brand new, very exciting scenario whereby I believe all the outstanding options would be converted
we do indeed have a very interesting 4 weeks in front of us - anything could happen & probably will
