VEN has only had a short history as a listed company and it has been active and very successful in its exploration efforts . However it listed at a very unfortunate time for an Oil and Gas company and is well down on its early year share prices . They have very ambitious plans and the Market sees the same problem ahead that overhangs MEL . Where will the money come from and how much dilution will it bring and how many short term Carpet Baggers will a placement bring onto the register. Both MEL and VEN look to be bargains to me but fossil fuel companies are out of favour in todays Market . In a nutshell VEN has a Market Cap almost 3 times as big as MEL so everything else being equal you should expect almost 3 times the value of shares to turn over each day on average .

..keep buying them...the more VEN goes up the more it will draw MEL up with it.....lol
