MEL has a bit more leverage than VEN at current SP and current SOI to the Cooper Basin assets and a lot more leverage to Cervantes but all that could change .
The other assets of VEN look very interesting .
I only have a small holding in VEN so far but plenty in MEL .
How the cash to fulfil their plans is generated for both companies will be critical for their relative value .
A pity that BYE is at such an awkward stage of its business journey too .
