    I've sided with VEN on this joint venture, but the MEL threads seem more active so here I am.
    Nangwarry has been the deciding factor for me, it's looking really solid so far. If Nangwarry's excluded and we just look at Vali/Odin then I think the companies have a similar EV per % of ownership.
    VEN has some nasty overhang from Regal selling down and MEL is a little strapped for cash so I don't think either share is going to rip 100% higher than the other in the short term.
