The standard of reporting HPA purity essays seems to be PPM WT, which is a weight metric. So as long as the measuring method is accurate, I can't see testing processes affecting results. I suspect it would be a common task for chemical engineers, and there is some expensive machine they use - the more expensive the equipment, the more accurate the values.
HPA is flying under the radar of many because it's a small market. I'm bullish on HPA and A4N, but cautiously so. I remember when a bunch of guys were banging on about Vanadium as the future of grid storage batteries, and the future was going to be ballistic; the forecasts said so. And yet here we are a few years later, and all the hopefuls are still trying to get their mines financed, and there are only a handful of grid-scale batteries - of course, Vanadium might have its day in the sun - or Hydrogen or another tech might sidestep it.
The only thing I'm certain of is that people are rubbish at predicting the future. But 'he who doesn't take risks never drinks champagne' - I'm bullish on HPA and A4N.
