As I've said before charting is not an evidence-based strategy. Market forces, macro and micro, are good places to help make predictions about share price and company worth.
As for the current market forces, I assume the big rise in SP has been in regards to what's been going on in the freight space globally, interesting stuff. And just this week we have also seen big movements on the Nasdaq and Tech stocks along with broader markets hitting highs and coming off.
Shorts may play some small role in this but it's tiny. I more equate talk of shorts with the clairvoyancey mentioned in my first paragraph.
As I've said before charting is not an evidence-based strategy....
