Bollinger bands, Moving Averages, SP & volumes. Almost all of them are "tight" i.e. spring loaded for a move in either direction. A move down would require a larger player selling to scare retail traders / investors to sell their holdings to accumulate at a lower price. If it goes up then there is little selling resistance left after a long consolidation period.
Larger parcels are still coming in behind any 5.0c pips down so my amature guess is down up sideways etc...no-one really knows. Fundamentals here are pretty critical. The TA is just alerting of a potential large move once a direction is chosen AND confirmed
