$19k is a lot of money to put into an investment if there is a high chance it will fail, no matter how wealthy the CIO is. These are all signals of what is happening behind the scenes and as strange as the company sometimes does things (i.e the many weird defensive posts by the CEO on Linkedin), it does indicate that directors are confident in their investments. Unless there is something really dodgy going on, this is yet another clear buy signal.
