and so the buyback is on market! I thought if they were thinking about more than a 10%buyback they had to get shareholder approval but this suggests they can buy all 434M shares.
any thoughts on where this goes from here? I would have thought going private if buying on market? the fact they don't have a minimum or maximum amount means it looms as a maybe and so could be smoke and mirrors?
