Good morning w. it is a fact and not a ramp. I do the same thing every year. There is a certian amount of my portfolio that I turnover for tax purposes. For profit or loss, it is my strategy and a similiar one that thousands use.
As for ASX announcemnts, it is the ASX that releases the announcements, determine's wheather it's price sensitive and the validity of the announcement. Companies submit the announcement tot he ASX and the ASX releases it when they see fit.
