Ms Shanahan is in her 60s I believe, she can’t be expected to hold on to them until she is on her deathbed :0. She probably realised it will come to that based on glacial progress so far, but in all seriousness I don’t begrudge them for selling. I’m probably more concerned that this is a precursor to an announcement of more performance rights for management and the board come this AGM.
