I think the board/management have a real concern about liquidity in this stock. No one wants to sell, it is extremely tightly held and there are 2 Million open short positions trying to close out with any available shares that are put up for offer meaning lots of the buying in the near term is going just to closing shorts and not to real investors. CUV could have used just a small portion of their cash reserves to run a $20 Million share buyback and drive the share price over $50 but they weren't interested in doing that and losing more liquidity. Anyway I guess this new fund which has Shanahan on the board will be buying more than 25000 CUV shares.
