Good to see Directors participating in the SPP
The announcement basically just says Mark Wheatly picked up $4580.1 (30,534 shares) at $0.15 from the SPP.
This means he would have applied for around $15,000 worth but the scale back due to the over-subscription meant he, like all others in the retail SPP, will only receive approx 30% of what was applied for and the rest refunded.
Mark's holdings are as follows
- 361,326 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares
- 180,000 Unlisted Options exercisable at $0.4572 on or
before 30 November 2022
I really like that their performance options are at $0.45 Thats a nice 3x in share price from here by Nov next year to achieve (easy)
