Nick sold 45,000 of his shares the other day for $1.495. Maybe he wanted to buy a new car? Maybe he knew Sally was going to look to exercise her 2,000,000 options and sell them on market before the EOFY? He still has about a quarter million or so.
I recall some time back, an ASX Ann. about someone who took 2m options in lieu of compensation. Everyone remarked on how the Contractor was so sure of PLS's future, they took the options for compensation. Well, now we know who.

Nick and Sally received options when they first came to PLS after the POSCO S2 offtake. They had an exercise price similar to POSCO, in or around 93c. They lapsed sometime back, so no reward.
Normally I'd be uncomfortable with Directors selling. If it was Ken, Ian or Dale, YES. So in some ways I'm happy that they were rewarded, eventually.
I couldn't understand this morning why PLS seem to decouple from ORE and GXY. A Director selling explains it.
The song remains the same. The PLS share price performance is a function of the Spodumene price performance. Still looks good.
