Wowee what a thread... Seriously the whole thing is pretty low quality content from both sides.
In my opinion we don't know whether this is good or bad you can argue it till the hills come home and have petty shots at each other. The fact is Ken sold half his holding for tax purposes. Most of which were performance shares which he earned and has every right to sell. IF the postco deal falls through then it was a dodgy move.

Given the current macro environment it's highly unlikely the JV with postco isn't seen as highly lucrative by both sides so for me there's nothing in this and ken is getting his well earnt rewards. I too sold half last month but originally bought at 2c. People sell shares and people buy shares. Welcome to the market.
