the macro environment for all Li companies has good momentum and I'm sure long term pls will be fine.

however the AJM deal and the way the share sale was announced is on the nose.

people in here took a sale of 4,000,000 shares as a bullish signal saying it will help strengthen the balance sheet with a future CR or option conversion

then the other half are still bullish and maintain the balance sheet is healthy due to price of Li

which is it. can't go both ways.

this was a bear signal and it smells.

hope for the holders like yourself that it only smells bad and isn't actually bad.
