    When the cost of labor, steel, engineering etc go up, the CAPEX associated with developing new mines and minerals processing facilities go up with them. FID on new projects are delayed and IRR reduces. That's when existing players with operational assets make a killing (As they just incur Opex)

    Throw in an already widening demand - supply gap and increasing prices- and we have goldilocks conditions for a massive near term upside. (Not to mention the long term prospects of this company are peerless)
