Yes indeed what can be added to the many comments above.

As I see it Lilitha, the BEE partner of WWI has excellent connections to the SA Govt. They surely want it as much as we all do. Everything indicates that the MR should be granted and hopefully the BEE partner is trying to work some magic !!. Sure we are looking for those magic letters ANN every morning prior to opening and constantly the SP continues to provide real temptation.
I am way over committed to WWI, much more than if I were totally sensible but then again dreams are there to be achieved.
If it goes wrong one has to chalk it up to bad decisions but if you live this share like I do and totally believe in the final outcome one can only look forward with hope. Nearly every day I find some more funds. Fortunately I have a very understanding wife who can share that dream knowing that if everything goes wrong it's only money at the end of the day, but with eventual success it's totally life changing
