I don’t like directors and ceo payed excessive performance shares which I believe is manipulative and serves these management top brass.
As shareholders we need to ensure that during egm’s management get to know and reject these excess payments.
I believe that management need to be suitably rewarded for meeting targets but it has to be in limits.
