As per the wise owl commentary, it's stock from the first CR. Probably a fund such as Regal, who play in all the CR. They will just be punching it out as they wouldn't own a stock like FOD for the long run. The selling ends when it ends, which I suspect will be a while.
If you want to blame someone, once again, it all falls at the feet of the Chairman who caused this by not funding T5
