i wonder why the particulars weren’t included. Date, price, etc… is it not relevant to the disclosure? Maybe only important if an investigation in to insider trading is considered warranted?

Seeing as he only held 640,000 shares which at todays share price is about $26,000 Aussie Dollars I would think to most rational people it would be considered immaterial.
