We have so many "talk FAR down" comments here! They are coming out of the woodwork. As for past history, everybody makes mistakes and FAR's mistake is not even made by FAR. Think about it. The bad luck started when WPL came on the picture and from then on, it just went from bad to worse. If FAR got the money, they could probably even have sued COP for that letter; but they are a minor unfortunately, and there lies the problem.
We have a new Chair and a new Board, yet people are still associating the past with the future. Get over it. I am hoping the new mgt will help me recover some of my loss or even make a profit.
