I must say I am surprised by all the - New Far ... My world has the reality that past behaviour predicts future behaviour pretty accurately. I used to own shares only to cover my investment in WPL when I thought the pre-emptive right issue could backfire on WPL.

This new director has purchased 36525 shares for $43878 - They will get a capital return of $29220 and will thereafter have a net investment of roughly $15,000

Well if the $100k per annum for non executives continues that will be earned by the director from the company in just less than 2 months - hardly an endorsement I would say.
It never ceases to amaze me how forgiving retail investors are. I don't care how wonderful the assets or opportunity is - it is managements past behaviour and skill that brings projects home. I would not be happy top invest based upon what transpired here.
