All very interesting but they should not have gotten 2c with of performance related rewards.
The scheme will be gamed by these insiders - just watch and learn.
They will lower the hurdles or simply issue some new form of performance rights when the stock is really in the gutter (because it's not there yet) and will clean up when it goes from 10c to 20c.
Walk away now and avoid the anger that you'll experience by holding and hoping.
