The one thing everyone has to remember with directors selling is that there is a very small window of opportunity to sell.
None of us know the reason he sold $100k worth, but timing is almost out of his control.
I’d be concerned if he sold 25% or more of his holding, but 1% is a piddly amount and can’t be seen as a result of his sentiment.
Geoff has been an unwavering supporter of this company, so this is nothing more than selling to pay tax, bills, help a family member or some other equally important reason.
